Dear DES Parents/Guardians,
Dirigo Elementary School will be participating in and competing against several other schools in Maine as part of the 2025 Winter Kids Program. This means that during Physical Education classes our kids will be outside doing winter activities (skiing, sledding, skating, etc). Please just make sure that kids are dressed for playing outside in the colder weather.
This also applies to recess. We go out as long as the weather allows for it.
